●Submission data with the specified hashtag will be automatically published on the website "Welcome to IKEBUKURO," completing your entry into the campaign. In publishing the submission data, we will take care to protect personal information and privacy. If necessary, please contact us at [Request for Deletion of Submission] to stop the publication on the website.
●The copyright of the submission data belongs to the submitter. However, by entering the campaign, you grant the Cooperative Association the right to use the submission data within the scope of the campaign's purpose. The scope of the license is limited to publication on the website and promotional activities related to the campaign.
●During the campaign period, you may enter as many times as you like, but you can only win once.

[ Important Notices ]
▶The campaign will be managed by the Campaign Office within the Cooperative Association.
▶Winners will be notified via direct message from the Cooperative Association's Instagram account "@ikebukuroguide" along with the announcement of the winners. Therefore, submissions from Instagram user accounts set to private will not be eligible for the campaign.
▶The Campaign Office reserves the right to take necessary measures to suspend or ensure the proper operation of the campaign, in whole or in part, without prior notice to applicants if deemed necessary.
▶This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram.
▶Internet connection fees and communication costs incurred during the application process are the responsibility of the applicant.

[ Prohibited Content for Submission Data ]
●Submission data must be owned by the submitter, including all copyrights and other rights. The submitter must also obtain approval for the image rights of any subjects. The submitter guarantees that the submission data does not infringe on the intellectual property or image rights of third parties. If the submission data is found to infringe on third-party rights, we may take actions such as hiding or deleting the data.
●In cases where third-party intellectual property rights are included in the submission data, the submitter must obtain permission from the rights holder before submission. We are not responsible for any third-party rights violations, such as intellectual property or image rights.
●Participation in this campaign is at the submitter's own discretion and responsibility. We are not liable for any damages incurred by the submitter or any disputes with third parties, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part.
●Submission data violating the following prohibitions may be excluded from publication, and we may seek compensation for any damages caused by such violations.
1. Submission data taken in prohibited locations.
2. Submission data containing personal information such as addresses.
3. Actions violating the application rules.
4. Actions obstructing the operation of this campaign.
5. Actions causing inconvenience, disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to others.
6. Actions defaming or damaging the reputation or credibility of others.
7. Actions infringing on the intellectual property rights of others (including unauthorized reprints).
8. Actions infringing on the privacy, image rights, or publicity rights of others.
9. Actions posting obscene, child pornography, or child exploitation content.
10. Actions providing information, advertising, or solicitation for profit.
11. Actions posting content linked to or suggesting criminal activities.
12. Actions posting false information or information that may be false.
13. Political, election, religious activities, or similar actions.
14. Actions contrary to public order and morals.
15. Actions contrary to laws, social norms, or deemed inappropriate by us.
16. Actions interfering with the normal functioning of our or third-party computers.
17. Actions impersonating others in submissions.
18. Actions violating Instagram's terms of use or laws.
19. Actions deemed inconsistent with the campaign's purpose.
20. Actions deemed malicious or inappropriate by us.
21. Any other actions similar to the above.

[ Regarding Winning ]
●If a minor wins, they must submit a parental consent form.
●Some prizes are limited to those with a necessary address or residence for receipt. We are not responsible for accidents such as loss during shipping, as it falls within the shipping company's responsibility.
●The winning rights are valid only for the winner and cannot be transferred to a third party.
●Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
●For prize shipping, we will directly ask the winner for necessary information (name, address, phone number, etc.) at the time of notification. Personal information collected will only be used for prize shipping and not for any other purpose.
●Prize contents and designs may change due to unavoidable circumstances.
●We may cancel the winning under the following circumstances:
1. No response from the winner within the reply deadline after sending the winning notification.
2. Inability to send the winning notification due to not following our official Instagram account at the time of notification.
3. Failure to cooperate with the registration of the prize shipping address after winning.
4. Inability to send the prize due to unknown addresses or relocations.
5. Discovery of auctioning or reselling attempts of the prize.

【キャンペーンへの参加について】
ご自身で撮影した写真・動画（以下「投稿データ」といいます）を、写真共有SNS「インスタグラム」へハッシュタグ“#ikebukurolike”を付けて投稿してください。

●指定のハッシュタグを付けた投稿データは、自動的にウェブサイト「Welcome to IKEBUKURO」に掲載され、キャンペーンへの応募が完了します。投稿データの公開に際しては、個人情報やプライバシーに十分配慮し、必要な場合は【投稿の削除依頼】までご連絡ください。ウェブサイトへの掲載を停止いたします。
●投稿データの著作権は投稿者に帰属しますが、本キャンペーンの目的の範囲内で使用する権利を本協力会に許諾いただきます。許諾範囲については、ウェブサイトへの掲載およびキャンペーン関連のプロモーション活動に限定されます。
●本キャンペーン期間中、お一人様何回でもご応募いただけますが、当選はお一人様につき1回のみとなります。

【注意事項】
▶本キャンペーンの運営は、本協力会内キャンペーン事務局が行います
▶当選者の方には、当選発表と合わせて、本協力会Instagramアカウント「@ikebukuroguide」よりダイレクトメッセージをお送りする方法で当選通知をいたします。そのため、非公開設定のInstagramユーザーアカウントからの投稿は当選の対象外となります
▶本キャンペーン事務局が必要と判断した場合には、応募者へ事前に通知することなく本キャンペーンの全部又は一部の中止および適正な運用を確保するために必要な措置をとることができます
▶本企画は、メタ社及びInstagramが支援、承認、運営、関与するものではありません
▶ご応募の際のインターネット接続料および通信費はご自身のご負担になります

【投稿データの禁止事項】
●投稿データは、著作権などの権利のすべてが投稿者に帰属するものとし、被写体の肖像権など他者の諸権利についても、それぞれの権利者の承認を得たものに限らせていただきます。投稿者は、投稿データが第三者の知的財産権や肖像権を侵害していないことを保証するものとします。投稿データが第三者の知的財産権や肖像権を侵害していると判断した場合、本協力会は投稿データの非表示、削除などの対応を行うことができます。
●上記の場合の他、投稿データに投稿者以外の第三者の知的財産権が含まれる場合は、必ず投稿前に権利者から投稿データの使用について使用許諾を得てください。知的財産権または肖像権等の第三者の権利侵害があった場合、本キャンペーン事務局は一切の責任を負いません。
●本キャンペーンへの参加は、投稿者自らの判断と責任において行うものとし、応募に際して応募者に何らかの損害が生じた場合や第三者との間にトラブルが生じた場合など、本キャンペーン事務局の故意または重過失に起因するものを除き、その責任を一切負いません。
投稿データが以下の禁止事項に触れている場合、投稿データの非掲載、場合によっては本キャンペーンに生じた損害について賠償を請求することができます。
１）撮影が許可されていない場所での投稿データ
２）住所等個人情報が含まれる投稿データ
３）応募規約に違反する行為
４）本キャンペーンの運営を妨げる行為
５）他人に迷惑、不利益、損害または不快感を与える行為
６）他人を誹謗中傷し、またはその名誉若しくは信用を毀損する行為
７）他の投稿者の「著作権」等その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為（勝手に転載する行為も含みます）
８）他の投稿者のプライバシーもしくは「肖像権」「パブリシティ権」を侵害する行為
９）わいせつ、児童ポルノ及び児童の性的搾取を助長するデータを投稿する行為
10）営利を目的とした情報提供、広告宣伝もしくは勧誘行為
11）犯罪に結びつく又は連想させる内容を投稿する行為
12）事実に反する、またはその恐れのある情報を投稿する行為
13）政治活動、選挙活動、宗教活動またはこれらに類似する行為
14）公序良俗に反する行為
15）法令、社会常識に反する行為および本協力会が不適切と判断する行為
16）本協力会または第三者のコンピューターの正常な機能を阻害する行為
17）他人になりすまして投稿を行う行為
18）Instagramの利用規約・法令に違反する行為
19）本キャンペーンの趣旨に沿わないと判断する行為
20）本協力会が悪質または不適切であると判断する行為
21）その他、前各号に類する行為

【当選について】
●未成年の方が当選した場合には、保護者の同意書を提出していただく必要があります。
●一部景品の当選については、その受領のために必要な住所または居所を有する方に限らせていただきます。郵送中の紛失等の事故については、郵送業者の責任範囲となり、本協力会では責任を負いかねます。
●ご当選の権利は、当選者ご本人にのみ有効であり、第三者に譲渡することは禁止いたします。
●賞品の換金および権利の譲渡はできません。
●賞品の発送に際しましては、受賞のお知らせの際に本協力会から直接受賞者の方に賞品の発送先等必要な情報（氏名、住所、電話番号など）をお伺いいたします。この際にいただいた個人情報は、賞品の発送にのみ使用し、他の目的には使用いたしません。
●やむを得ない事情により、賞品の内容やデザインが変更になる場合があります。 以下のいずれかに該当する場合、ご当選を取り消させていただく場合がございます。
１）当選通知の発信後、返信期限を経過しても当選者の方から返信がない場合
２）当選通知の発信時に本公式Instagramアカウントをフォローしていないために当選通知をお送りできない場合
３）ご当選後、賞品の発送先登録にご協力いただけない場合
４）ご当選者の住所、転居先の不明等の理由により賞品をお送りできない場合
５）賞品のオークション出品等の転売行為（転売を試みる行為を含む）が発覚した場合
６）本キャンペーンへのご応募に関連して禁止事項等の不正な行為があった場合
